What happens if an item is unavailable? | |
Items out of stock will be marked "out of stock" or removed from the website. If, for some reason, an item becomes unavailable between the time you order the item and the time it is shipped, you will be notified immediately. You will then have the choice of substituting this item with another book (different age group, different gender or different type) or canceling your order and receiving full refund. The refund will be applied to your credit card as soon as possible, and in any event within 60 days of your order. | |
Has my order shipped? | |
You will be notified by email when your order ships. You can also click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. | |
How do I change my order? | |
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. If you need to change the "options" you selected on an order, you can either cancel the order and place a new one or email us with the changes. Email must contain the following: first name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. If you no longer wish to receive books and want to cancel your rental plan, please see "How do I cancel my account?" under Account in the Help link. |

My order never arrived. | |
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact us for assistance. | |

I received the wrong product. | |
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product. |
